From the water tower to the waterfront, walking is a passion and a pastime
Southport. Within strolling distance of Olde Southport are antique shops,
art galleries, and churches. Town folk meet each morning at the Post Office
adjacent to the Old Brunswick County Courthouse which now acts as Town
Hall. Around the corner, the NC Maritime Museum chronicles the history
of the Lower Cape Fear. The library is close by and there are numerous
